1 INTRODUCTION  

OPTIFIT is about a revolution in the design and fit of bras which we want to make available to all women. We offer you our guarantee that if you are in any way dissatisfied with the goods that you have purchased we will exchange them or give you a full refund of the price provided the goods are returned within 28days of despatch. We would ask you to contact customer services by email or phone first to establish what is wrong or causing you concern.

2 GENERAL

We may amend these terms and conditions from time to time along with product prices and product specifications, availability ,cost of carriage and such variables. The amended terms will be put onto the website and from that date will supersede all existing conditions , commitments, agreements of representations(except fraudulent misrepresentations) relating to your purchase , whether oral or written. These terms and conditions shall apply from when OPTIFIT accepts your order by sending an email confirming that we have received payment for all the goods you have ordered.
If any of these terms are deemed to be invalid or unenforceable, they will be removed and will not affect the validity of the remaining terms.

By ordering from this website or from the retail shop you are accepting a contract for purchases for your own private/domestic use and not for resale to others. By placing an order you are demonstrating your acceptance of our terms and conditions. The contract will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties to the contract will submit to the courts jurisdiction.

3 YOUR PART

To be eligible to purchase  goods or services on this website and lawfully enter into a contract with Optift you must be 18 years of age or over (if you are under 18 please ask a responsible adult to contract on your behalf).
You must register your real name, address, phone number, email address and any other details requested and let us know of any changes to the information that you provided when registering.
You authorise us to obtain information from third parties including but not limited to, your debit or credit card numbers Paypal account, or credit  reports to authenticate your identity, to validate and or obtain debit/credit card authorisation and to authorise individual purchase transactions.
When you use the website you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for preventing unauthorized use of your account. You agree to  accept responsibility for all activity which occurs under your account password. Tell us immediately if you think your password/account is or is likely to be used in an unauthorised manner.
Privacy  any information which you give to us will not be passed on to third parties. It will only be used to process your order and communicate with you about your order and about our products.

4 ORDER PROCESS

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If any goods ordered are not available or cannot be made within a month, you will be notified by email and you can either wait or if you wish inform us that you want to cancel your order. It is your responsibility to provide us with a valid email address or means of contact.
 You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the details given in the order. Please review your order information before you go through the checkout process.
Orders placed by you will be treated as an offer to purchase the good and services from us and we reserve the right to reject your offer at any time prior to acceptance.
When you place an order with Optifit we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order which will contain the details of your order and the purchase price and the cost of delivery.
An automated acknowledgement of the receipt of your order does not mean acceptance of your offer to purchase goods or services from our website or the shop. The acceptance occurs when we debit your account or when the goods are despatched or the service commences.

We will take all reasonable care to keep your order and payment details secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if as third party procures unauthorised access to the data you have provide when accessing or ordering from the website.

The actual colour of goods may vary slightly from that shown on the website due to technical limitations like browser software or photographic technology limitations.

You have the right to cancel your order or change the details before the garment is made please contact us as soon as you can by email or telephone and include your name order number and contact details.
Under the Distance Selling Legislation you have 7 days in which to cancel.

5 DELIVERY

Goods will be delivered to you the buyer at the address provided on the order form unless a different billing address is notified to us at the time of ordering. Changes after the order has been accepted may incur a fee and a different cost of delivery.
You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when  they have been paid for and despatched or should it be delivered ?

Any dates quoted for delivery can only be approximate and we shall not be liable for delays in delivery. If however we are unable to deliver your goods by the date quoted you are entitled to cancel your order at any time before the goods are despatched.
We will notify you if the item you have ordered is not available for despatch within 10 working days
We will make every reasonable effort to make sure your garment is made up and despatched within 28days.
Please note that with international orders we cannot be held responsible for any duties/taxes that you may incur when you receive the parcel.

Once you have selected your purchase delivery charges are automatically calculated and displayed on the checkout page.

6 PAYMENT

Payment can be made by most major credit or debit card,  cheque (payable to Optifit Bra Company), or electronic payment account as explained on the order form.

When you pay for your order by card we carry out checks and authorisations with the card issuer for security reasons. Should any problem occur we will contact you with further details.

In the unlikely event of that the price or description of an item or service has been incorrectly advertised we will contact you by email or telephone to ask if you wish to proceed with your order at the correct price or description. If you are not happy or we cannot obtain your instructions we will cancel the order , we will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price or based on an incorrect description.

In the unlikely event of there being an increase in the price because of currency fluctuation, or a significant increase in the cost of the materials or of manufacture which has not been posted on the website before the order has been placed then the buyer is entitled to cancel the order any time before delivery.

7 RETURNS

Please call customer services on 01457 810628 to arrange this.

Due to the nature of our bespoke products we will happily refund unsuitable or faulty items within 28 days of purchase. Such items must be returned in perfect condition.

Postage on returns is payable by you if you are returning the garment because you do not like it.
 If the return is because of the fit then please talk to our customer services  so that we can  supply a better fitting garment in exchange and refund your postage if applicable.

Should you receive goods which you did not order or which are damaged or of a different quantity to what you ordered we will make good the deficit or refund the relevant amount if you inform us within 10 days of receipt of the goods.

 Once your return has been received by us we will process it as quickly as possible but please allow up to 14 days for your account to be credited.

We advise that you get Proof of Posting Certificate when you return goods to us.

We can only accept returns of goods purchased directly from us , not via a third party.

When trying on items please avoid make-up or lotions coming into contact with them and when trying on briefs please try them on over your own underwear. In the interests of hygiene we may refuse returns where it is obvious this has not been done.

All returns should be suitably packaged to avoid damage and contain your name and order number and any other relevant information.
